As an Advertising Sales Manager - Thailand Market on the Enterprise Sales team in our Bangkok office, you will be expected to identify, engage & cement advertising partnerships (Brand & Agency) to expand & diversify Taboola's growing network of advertisers across Thailand. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a deal-oriented professional capable of sourcing, prospecting & closing brand & performance marketing deals independently within the Thai advertising market.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proven track record of enterprise sales success, specifically selling digital media in the Thailand market (5-8 years)
- Deep understanding of the Thai digital media buying & planning landscape
- At least 4 years of experience prospecting, building, executing, & converting sales pipelines in Thailand
- Ability to take a strategic approach to selling experienced in planning & executing sales strategies, building robust pipelines & prioritizing sales activity according to business impact within the Thai market context
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to structure & deliver engaging sales pitches that address the specific needs of Thai clients & agencies
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data & use data to influence Thai clients & formulate successful sales strategies
- Will & ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment that presents new challenges daily in the dynamic Thai advertising landscape
- Team player mentality the Advertising Sales Manager will engage with stakeholders across the business including Account Management, Marketing, Legal & Product teams supporting the Thailand market
- Fluency in Thai & English languages (both written & spoken)
- Strong understanding of Thai business culture & practices
Bonus points if you have:
- Sales experience gained within Thai Advertising Agencies and/or AdTech industry environment
- Experience selling to both Thai Agencies & direct Thai clients
- Existing relationships within the Thai advertising ecosystem
- Understanding of Thai consumer behavior & media consumption patterns

- Sell multiple products to Thai clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, while maintaining a coherent product message & overall strategy adapted for the Thai market
- Build relationships with brand & performance-focused Thai Agency contacts & explain the power of Taboola's Realize, choice-based advertising platform in Mid & Lower funnels of Thai advertising needs
- Manage a robust pipeline & accurately forecast new business closure rate & revenue booked specifically for the Thailand market
- Interact with the Thailand Advertiser Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations & ensure successful campaign delivery for Thai clients
- Convey field intelligence from the Thai market to Product Management teams regarding feature development
- Manage presentations, build relationships & negotiate contracts within the Thailand market, adapting to local business practices & cultural expectations
- Represent Taboola at Thai industry events, conferences, & networking opportunities
