YOUR ROLE:
Rapp is seeking a Senior Account Executive to focus on an Automotive account for our agency. The expectation is that the Senior AE is a principal of co-ordination, demonstrating high potential in core Business Leadership skills. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings & how to apply them to solve client business problems. You are an Agency driver that works to keep the agency operations moving along & will work directly with clients on tactical efforts in support of the strategic initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds expertise on a brands competitive landscape & product differentiators.
- Understands appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative, & media needs.
- Collaborates with strategy to develop briefs.
- Participates in /has exposure to development of client marketing strategy.
- Knows when to escalate potential problems.
- Acts as key collaborator with internal groups & assigned client relationships.
- Is able to partner with, organize & navigate assignments effectively.
- Evaluates creative work & provides feedback for revisions, as needed.
- Able to adequately represent client interests to team.
- Collaborates with team at appropriate times to ensure consensus around scoping, project approach, etc.
- Ability to write accurate scopes by engaging appropriate discipline leads & asking detailed questions of clients to gain clarity around deliverables & needs (excels in project definition.
- Documented, rigorous scope tracking & scope creep identification. Manages finances with project management team.
- Effectively & proactively communicates to client issues that can result in a scope change.
- Issues change orders, with oversight.
- Monitors critical project hand-offs.
- Initiates, presents, & drives to completion value-added projects (participation dependent on level of complexity).
- Understands the implications of business strategy on project decisions.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly project status reports, delivery of timely conference reports.
- Sets up meetings, includes the correct people, & provides accurate agendas & precise, actionable meeting notes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree.
- 5+ years industry experience with digital or CRM Background.
- Automotive industry experience perferred.
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience supporting integrated marking campaigns (including advertising, crm, digital, social media, SEO/SEM, & email marketing.}
- Proven ability to express self clearly & organize ideas well.
- Ability to convey & create presentation content & architect a story in collaboration with agency stakegolders
- Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, & respond quickly as business factors shift
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, & holistically about client opportunities.
- Has a passion for doing great work.
- May include some occasional travel
- Onsite local Client visits may be required (weekly)

This range is specific to Dallas & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
