As a Learning Business Partner, you lead & develop on-site learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capabilities & support operational excellence at our Factor EU site. You work closely with leadership & key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, deliver impactful training programs, & continuously improve onboarding & on-the-job learning experiences. Through data-driven insights, strong collaboration, & a hands-on mindset, you help build a high-performing, compliant, & future-ready operations team.
