About the role: As the Growth Marketing Manager in our Paris office, you will work with the EMEA Growth team helping regional marketing teams achieve their business objectives. You will help build, mentor, inspire, grow, & work in a high-functioning, highly productive, inclusive, & motivated marketing department. You lead by example.
Your objective is to find the channels & strategies to acquire new customers & increase pipeline.
Manage full-cycle execution of global marketing campaigns across different channels with a strong emphasis on rapidly scaling & evaluating new opportunities.
Build a social-led promotion program by partnering with content, field marketing teams, product to communicate our go-to-market strategy.
Analyze & report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & growth experiments.
Run a website conversion rate program to drive more demo, & campaign conversion pages.
Work with content marketing management to build content-based growth experiments.
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance & uncover areas for improvement.
Proactively identify channel optimization & growth opportunities leveraging consistent test-and-learn approach to a/b test messaging, content & to improve overall efficiency.
Support the go-to-market strategy & execution across various campaigns & projects, including growth marketing, email marketing, paid media, digital marketing.
Who You Are:
You have 3+ years of growth, performance or digital marketing experience for SaaS, ideally B2B enterprise
You have proven track record of building acquisition channels from scratch
Ability to tie marketing strategies & growth experiments to sales pipeline results
Growth mindset: Pipeline is your north star metric; you're focusing on driving new experiments & optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth
Ability to build growth projects: able to plan, organize, & deliver reliable results on time
Strong project management skills & experience in working with several team/contractors
You have the drive & focus to get challenging projects over the finish line while meeting deadlines
You are motivated to join a scaleup & love scaling projects/tests across different markets
Obsessed with growth & building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
Enjoy learning & catch on quickly to new tools & software
Previously you have used Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, GSuite, Analytics & similar tools
Speak good French & English, other languages are a plus
