Role Description

We're looking for a world class technical recruiter to join our International EPD Recruiting Team in Mexico. Dropbox Recruiters are in charge of finding great candidates & helping them envision life at Dropbox. Our Recruiters create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process. We work closely with teams to make sure all of the "behind the scenes" work that needs to happen to go from an opening to a hire actually happens. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product & Design teams to deeply understand hiring needs
• Develop unique full cycle hiring strategies & interview criteria for each role
• Source qualified candidates, review CVs/resumes, & prescreen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
• Organize & facilitate interview debriefs
• Drive offer approval, extension & negotiation
• Proactively identify closing strategies for offers & provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
• Manage candidates in process & provide them with an exceptional recruitment experience
• Partner with People Team functions, such as Onboarding to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a Dropboxer

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in Mexico, ideally within engineering
• Strong ability to assess talent beyond CV/resum keywords
• Proven success in building & maintaining robust high-quality candidate pipelines
• Strong communicator who builds trust across levels & functions
• Collaborative team player with excellent prioritization & multitasking skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize employee experience as a product, with proven success applying product management principles (roadmapping, user journeys, feature prioritization) to HR initiatives
• Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies to deeply understand employee needs, rapidly prototype experience solutions, & implement data-driven iteration cycles that measurably enhance engagement & retention
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work. Candidates with a pre-existing comfort level & familiarity using AI to enhance productivity are strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house recruiting experience (not 100% agency)
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
• Familiarity with Mexican employment laws & regulations
• Metrics- & data-driven approach to recruiting
• Experience growing/scaling a business or org a huge plus demonstrating an openness to experimentation & iteration
