Advertising Sales Manager, Israel Markets - Relocation To London

Were looking for a commercially driven & growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our IL Market team in London. In this role, youll be responsible for generating new business, prospecting & closing deals, & driving significant revenue growth in the Israeli performance advertising market. Youll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance & deliver results.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Native or professional fluency in Hebrew & English
• Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify & engage high-potential leads
• A proven track record in sales, ideally in digital advertising or performance marketing
• Strong deal-closing, negotiation, & objection-handling skills
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities
• Independence & motivation to manage a full sales cycle
• Ability to prioritize & manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Active listening, structured thinking, & confidence in client-facing conversations
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team & contribute to shared goals
  
  
  

 Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with Israeli advertisers, including brands, affiliates, D2C dropshippers, or agencies.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Excel, Qlik, or other performance marketing tools
• Knowledge of digital media buying or campaign optimization

How youll make an impact:

As a Growth Advertising Sales Manager, youll play a key role in:

• Driving & delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, & closing advertising deals
• Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to activation
• Generating a high volume of outreach & creating qualified opportunities 
• Building long-term relationships with key players in the Israeli digital advertising market
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations & strategic insights
• Participating in key industry events & conferences 
• Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Product, & Support
