We are looking for a Senior Advisory Services Consultant to join our Advisory Services team in London. This role will report to the AVP of Advisory Services.

This role of Senior Advisory Services Consultant will specialise in our Travel & Retail verticals within our Advisory Services business. This role will oversee the client deliverables & strategy for expanding the book of business within the vertical. The candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced organization with high expectations on the quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant or insights leader seeking to join a high-performing, mission-driven team.

As a consultant, you will oversee the custom data & consulting deliveries for our B2C clients. You will also help to define the go-to-market strategy within this industry with our partners in the commercial organisation. Daily, you will help lead project analysis & deck creation to tell compelling, data-driven stories for our clients. You will also grow to be the industry expert to help clients & prospects understand how to utilise Similarweb data to meet their business objectives. 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Scope & translate client needs into clear data sets & deliverables to answer clients pain points using Similarwebs full range of data assets
  • Lead analysis with different kinds of data to address clients business questions. Present actionable insights to clients through clear & compelling storytelling
  • Lead communications & interactions with our clients to grow & strengthen all aspects of engagement
  • Generate strategy to scale sub-vertical book of business through new logo acquisition & upsell
  • Stay abreast on client challenges, competitors & overall industry trends & changes in order to understand client context & business requirements

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting or brand experience, preferably within B2C industries
  • Hands on experience utilising qualitative & quantitative research methodologies & working in market research, data analytics, digital intelligence, & creating industry reports.
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to synthesise complex information from multiple sources)
  • Intellectually curious, data-savvy, & data-driven, with strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to navigate complex organisation structures & influence accordingly to succeed)
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, & thrives in managerial role managing a team of insights leaders
  • Collaborative & solution-minded with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
