The data-driven, collaborative person who fills this brand-new role as Multi-Product Marketing Senior Manager will help reshape how the organization thinks about cross-selling & customers engaging in multi-product play. This is an energizing & high profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Consistently challenge both our ways of approaching cross-sell & how we track our success of players using multiple products
  • Build a strategy around how we can maximize core cross-sell KPIs beyond new product activation & put in place measurement standards
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure visibility of cross-sell metrics with tracked activities to drive outcomes
  • Collect & analyze customer data from various products to build out segmentations for multi-product players
  • Construct best-practices for communicating with cross-sold customers
  • Advocate for & be a role model of the Cross-sell Marketing Team to influence wider marketing priorities & product & technology roadmaps
  • Identify, grow, & develop top talent within the Cross-sell Marketing Team

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience, ideally in commercial marketing or retention marketing with a focus on cross-sell or cross-product activity
  • High-visibility problem solving experience (e.g. management consulting) also preferred, as well as experience in the online Gaming industry
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & excitement around being part of a new team
  • Capable of communicating complex topics concisely to senior leadership
  • Able to influence decisions from a variety of stakeholders
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective & measure performance
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred
  • Ability & eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Customer focused
