WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company & home to some of the world's largest storytelling platforms. As the global leader & pioneer of the mobile webcomic format, WEBTOON Entertainment has transformed comics & visual storytelling for fans & creators.

With its CANVAS UGC platform empowering anyone to become a creator, & a growing roster of superstar WEBTOON Originals creators & series, WEBTOON Entertainment's passionate fandoms are the new face of pop culture. WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, & other screens around the world, & the company's content partners include Discord, HYBE & DC Comics, among many others.

We are seeking a detail-oriented & proactive IT Budget & Procurement Analyst to act as the primary steward of our North American IT spend across WEBTOON Entertainment (WEI) & Wattpad, keeping IT spend organized, predictable, & well-governed.

You will track & update IT budgets, manage day-to-day purchasing activities (from purchase requests to invoice processing), & turn scattered cost data into clear reports & insights for IT & Finance leaders.

This is not a simple order-processing role. A key part of this job is to review IT spending requests (tools, licenses, & equipment) & evaluate whether they are truly fit-for-purpose & appropriate, considering our existing tool stack, standards, & budget constraints.

You will act as a partner to internal teams-asking clarifying questions, challenging & redirecting requests when similar functionality already exists, & helping stakeholders find the most cost-effective & sustainable options. Strengthening operational efficiency through tool rationalization & standardization is a core part of this role.

** Fixed-Term Employment: This is a 12-month Temp position based in our LA office.
** Location & Relocation: Our office is currently located in Los Angeles & is planned to relocate to El Segundo in 2026 (timing subject to change). This role is expected to work from the current LA office & the new El Segundo office after the relocation.
** Hybrid Work: This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office days. Fully remote work is not available.
** Global Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in LA, Toronto, & Korea. Flexibility to attend meetings outside standard local business hours (e.g., early mornings or evenings) is required.
