What can you expect in this role:
Teads is looking for an exceptional Sales Executive with an entrepreneur mindset based in Tokyo, Japan to play a key part in our continued success & presents a great opportunity to learn sales & digital advertising at an innovative, industry-leading ad tech company.
You are a natural hunter who uncover new business & service existing. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus is to maximise revenue through selling of Teads advertising solutions, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior client service & results.
You should also be familiar with digital advertising & the programmatic landscape & well-versed in the media agency landscape with established key relationships.
- Prospect & close business with a targeted list of media agencies & direct advertisers
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Collaborate & work closely with other departments (sales, ad ops, publisher & design teams) to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
- Be a Teads spokesperson & become an active brand advocate
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals & increase incremental revenue
- Manage & maintain a healthy individual sales pipeline & achieve sales target
About You
- A fantastic track record of prospecting & delivering success
- Minimum 1 years sales experience in online media
- Passionate about digital advertising & programmatic
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape
- University degree
- Strong networking ability & proven connections at major advertising agencies
- Native Japanese speaker & written
