THE ROLE
We are looking for a Programme Director to come in & work across one of our newest accounts, a British DIY Retailer. The role will initially be for 6 months & will be work directly with the client team supporting all aspects of the delivery of the Loyalty programme, including management of the go to market plan, ownership of the tech requirements, stakeholder engagement, partner management & the coordination with the RAPP team.
We are looking for someone with strong demonstrable experience in end-to-end delivery including creative services, technology, data, & primarily loyalty. You will be acting as a focal point in a cross-functional team collaborating with subject matter experts, Client Partnership & strategy leads, to shape & implement solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. You will be comfortable managing other operating companies, external suppliers, & business stakeholders.
As a senior figurehead, you will bring a breadth of knowledge & experience in digital transformation, providing direction to others, & working autonomously. You will be well versed in leading distributed teams & confident in managing risk & change. You are a natural & confident leader, who is happy working within a client-side environment as well as in the home agency.
Expectation is that the candidate would work at the client office in Eastleigh a minimum of x 1 day a week, with more days in the Eastleigh office in the initial few months.
