About the job

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that resonate with our audience. Your role involves creating compelling visual assets for digital & print media, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Proficiency in design software is essential. If you're a creative thinker with a strong portfolio & a passion for design, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

• A strong strategic mindset & a systems thinking approach to design & brand identity 
• Ability to grasp & distill highly complex strategies & translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions from brainstorming, brief creation to delivery of assets in a fast-moving & changing environment
• Drive & evolve the expression of the brand, including the visual identity, across digital channels, product & marketing/sales channels levergain guidelines as the base
• Work closely with events, field marketing, & digital marketing teams to develop engaging & effective visual/graphic assets across channels, including website, organic/paid social, email, digital/physical display ads, & onsite/virtual events
• Ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints & contexts, threading big & small deliverables together while adhering to brand guidelines
• Deliverables may include design mockups, presentation design, production of visual assets, asset curation & creation, UI elements, iconography & typography creation & or expansion 
• Have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, & a keen eye for subtle details while exercising a good eye for aesthetics
• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, & perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
• Prioritize & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
• Be an excellent communicator & storyteller both verbally & visually, bringing ideas to life using sketches, workshops, wireframes, journeys, prototypes, presentations & more to communicate clearly & move the needle within creative teams & with less design-fluent stakeholders

Required:

• Ability to work productively within a team
• A great eye for detail & the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong internal & external relationship management skills
• Agile & flexible thinking
• Fluency in written & verbal English & Spanish
• Experience applying usability testing techniques & principles
• Experience applying a web design standard
• Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML, CSS) (if applicable) 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma

Location

 This role will be remote, & based in Bogota, Colombia.

Travel

We prioritize connection & opportunities to build relationships with our customers & each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
