Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading & enabling our key distributor & value added resellers to drive strategic growth & success within the Public Sector.
- Lead efforts to generate & accelerate pipeline through partner-driven sales activities, including joint outreach, prospecting, & lead generation including; channels & federal system integrators
- Develop, implement, & manage enablement programs for channel partners, covering product knowledge, sales strategies, & technical expertise.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess progress & identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports on pipeline generation, upsell activities, & overall partner success.
- Use data & insights to track partner effectiveness & identify opportunities to optimize pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with the SecurityScorecard Channel Marketing team to implement co-marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth & create upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales leadership & broader team to develop & execute joint sales strategies & go-to-market plans with channel partners.
- Work effectively with fellow channel managers in providing cohesive & consistent coverage for SecurityScorecard
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in managing Public Sector channel relationships & sales
- Cyber & Infosec experience mandatory
- Strong, verifiable relationships with VP-level & above within the distribution & channel community across Public Sector
- Strong understanding of federal system integrators with existing relationships
- Understanding of federal ecosystem & sell through strategic revenue opportunities
- Exceptionally strong presentation & communication skills
- Start up experience with success in standing up channel programs
- Experience in onboarding managed service providers as a revenue stream
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achievement above plan
- Experience working for growth companies of similar scale
- Proven ability to onboard & grow new partners accelerating revenue
- Creative solitons developer, thinks outside the box to solve challenges

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
