Area Manager I, Inventory 

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Area Manager I, Inventory.  In this position you will be responsible for daily inventory processes, reporting, & control at the Goodyear, AZ fulfillment site as well as being responsible for managing inventory team members assigned to individual divisions. Factor is looking for someone who will build, improve, & tightly manage all daily inventory processes. This is a critical role that will work closely with the Inventory Manager, Supply Chain, Finance, & Accounting to ensure inventory completeness & accuracy.

You will .

• Manage the department engaged in essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, & distribution) to ensure high productivity & high technical integrity by, coordinating, & evaluating inventory management & control operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments & assist the Procurement team when needed
• Establish & maintain inventory handling procedures within the facility.in addition to Planning & executing cycle counts as described in each area of the facility
• Collaborate with operations on procedures & processes surrounding warehouse management system inventory locations.and Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through cause & effect analysis
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies & procedures. And be willing to take on other functions as determined by Leadership
• Be tasked to build & manage a cohesive team that can work together under short timelines & sometimes ambiguous circumstances

You have 

• Bachelors degree, High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 2-3 years experience in Distribution or Manufacturing environment preferred as a supervisor or lead 
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends as needed
• Ability to work in differing Temperatures  Mostly cold 
• Experience in Inventory Management Systems ( WMS), with the proven ability to motivate & coach staff to achieve high quality results
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal & written) & collaboration skills
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) & independently to deliver results
