Role Overview:
The Data Strategy & Analytics team is a regionally distributed team of specialists supporting Kepler's expanding business in The Americas, Europe & Asia Pacific. The APAC team is based in Singapore, but will closely integrate with similar teams in London & Costa Rica to provide global support to the business & its clients.
As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist, you will ingest, QA, clean, visualise, & interpret digital marketing performance data. You will need outstanding problem-solving abilities, strong data/analytics experience, & excellent English communication skills.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the ETL pipeline of digital media, third party, & client data streams across multiple clients responsible for ingesting, QA, cleaning, transforming, & visualizing digital marketing performance data
- Develop data visualisations, reports, & ad hoc analysis for both Kepler & client usage
- Unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for both internal & client usage
- Provide input & guidance around data visualisation & reporting structures to Kepler team members
- Help to identify trends in performance data, working with Analytics & Technology team members to identify & escalate opportunities for optimisation
- Become an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem & in media analytics tools across digital channels, including display (banner ads), mobile (smartphone, tablet), search (Google, Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter) & online video (Hulu, YouTube), among others.
- Become an expert in Keplers proprietary software suite.
- Codify & share best practices across teams.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must Have
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with MS Excel, ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
- Strong proficiency with SQL
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data management tools like AWS S3 & Athena
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, & pay strong attention to details.
- Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
- Nice to Have
- A degree education
- Online advertising experience (e.g. Google Ads/Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Amazon Glue Studio for ETL development
- Experience working with Salesforce Datorama or similar reporting software such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau
