About the role
As a Head of Partnerships & Affiliates for HelloFresh France, you will be fully owner of the Partnerships, Affiliates & Retail media strategy & performance.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded & numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder & can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow & innovate. Your ability to open doors & achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding & sustaining great partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Marketing France, you will join a talented & driven growth marketing team.
What you will be doing
- Translate wide business strategy into a holistic partnership strategy focusing on partnerships & affiliate marketing, collaborating closely with relevant cross functional senior stakeholder
- Own the delivery of affiliate & partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh, brands & partner types
- Manage a team of 4 people, including Business Developers, Account Manager & Offline Marketing manager
- Have ownership of your partnership pipeline execution & building a plan towards hitting conversion & revenue targets
- Oversee business proposals & sales tactics used to acquire new partners
- Build forecasts & track named strategic partners KPIs
- Oversee & lead strategic conversations & relationships with local vendors & key partners in the portfolio
- Manage 7-digit budget on monthly basis against defined growth & ROI targets
- Harness your data-driven mindset as well as industry expertise for the identification of new growth levers & channel development tactics
- Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech & design teams located centrally
- Develop & managed scale high volume key partners pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program as well as represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships mi
- Auditing & improving team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in the Affiliates and/or Partnerships landscape (including Business Development)
- An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management
- Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies & platforms
- A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders
- A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team
