About the Role

SecurityScorecard is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Operations Manager with 2-4+ years of experience. This role will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team & will be responsible for helping define & execute our digital strategy across our website, tech stack, & marketing operations functions. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with best-in-class marketing technology like Marketo, WordPress, Salesforce, & more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Ops
    • Own the strategy & execution of our lead management process: Lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, list uploads, database best practices, & management.
    • Own the execution of our campaign operations: Manage all Marketo programs, & ensure email sends are set up properly for tracking across acquisition & lead lifecycle for all channels
    • Drive data best practices to ensure data integrity & data hygiene across Marketo & CRM (Salesforce.com).
    • Implement digital tracking best practices (UTMs, cookie tracking, GA4, etc) & possess a deep understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation integration flows. 
    • Help improve existing marketing workflows, processes, & systems to enhance digital marketing efficiency & improve results.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Partner with the Revenue Marketing, Corporate Comms, & Content teams to set & measure our website KPIs (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, etc) & communicate them to the org.
    • Support the digital marketing strategy development, execution, performance measurement, & optimization.
    • Support the demand gen strategy for the corporate website with a focus on driving conversions, & improving engagement & visitor experience. 
    • Work closely with the growth team to support our PLG acquisition efforts & understand user behavior, with a focus on pipeline generation of our free trial leads.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Extreme attention to detail to prevent issues from arising & great at troubleshooting & resolving quickly, if they do
  • Experience developing programs & optimizing digital channels to deliver demand & pipeline
  • Executes with urgency & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven & proficient in Google Analytics, Google Suite, Project Management tools (Asana), BI/reporting/visualization tools (Data studio, Looker), A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM tools, Marketo, & Salesforce
  • Ability to build a roadmap while executing on day-to-day projects
  • Passion & curiosity for digital marketing & marketing operations
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
  • Marketo & WordPress experience preferred (Marketo certification a plus)

The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000-150,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
