EasyKnock, a real estate technology company, is seeking a legal intern for the summer.
The legal intern will work under the direction of the companies Head of Legal & Compliance & will be involved in all aspects of the legal function including state specific legal research & case law, contracts drafting, as well as policies & procedures.
Focus will include multiple areas of law such as employment, regulatory, venture capital & general corporate, with a strong emphasis on real estate law. This is a unique opportunity to receive substantive exposure to multiple areas of law at a fast growing late stage startup.
The intern should be able to receive school credit as the internship is unpaid. The intern will be working out of the companies office in the Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan, though there is some flexibility to work remotely.
Hours & days are up to the student & at at least 3 days a week is preferred.
