About the job

Twilio is growing rapidly & is looking for a highly skilled & motivated Senior Product Manager to drive our Phone Number products. You will own developing & launching phone number selection, purchasing, porting, & hosting products that drive lovable customer experiences & fuel Twilios global growth in Communications.

In this fast paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional business & engineering teams & be required to dive deep into business requirements while translating these requirements into user stories. You will be able to break down & innovate on legacy products while planning the vision & scaling to Twilios growing demand. You should be comfortable working in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision while contributing to innovative solutions that demonstrate technical competence & business acumen. As a leader, you will make daily trade-off decisions to optimize the ROI on our engineering investments.

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Collect business requirements that meet customers needs & collaborate with engineering teams to build products that customers love
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, & delivery of product investments against defined success metrics
  • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for & obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, & roadmap
  • Partner with GTM to launch products & enable sales & marketing teams to obtain product adoption & growth
  • Dive deep into the phone number ecosystem to surface insights, conduct research, & identify new opportunities to improve the phone number platform capabilities
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution & revenue/market accomplishments

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS or CPaaS
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches & driving product strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & collaborate at all levels.
  • Use of quantitative & qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, & drive towards measurable team, product, & financial performance.
  • Initiative, ownership, & accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting tasks & provide the day-to-day blocking & tackling against ambiguous & complex challenges.
  • The ability to collaborate & influence effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Desired:

  • Working knowledge in telecommunications products

Location

This role will be remote & based in Colombia, LATAM.

Travel
