About the job

This position is needed to help manage Twilios NAMER ISV Business. 

Twilio ISVs represent the biggest opportunities for growth in our business, & they are also the most complicated relationships to manage. To be successful, we must be an extension of their business, which requires deep knowledge in Messaging, Voice &/or Email technology, operational excellence to drive projects & programs & a level of technical depth beyond the average sales leader. 

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Manage a team of 5-8 AEs

  • Responsible for revenue & gross profit

  • Operationalize our GTM motion for efficiency & effectiveness 

  • Create GTM & technical playbooks help protect revenue & also capture all new opportunity

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the above initiatives 

  • Be the go-to & problem solver for the nuanced issues that arise in telco

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales

  • 3+ years of experience in the telco industry (sms/voice aggregator or telco)

  • Comfortable working with business & highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding & building supportive partnerships

  • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities & prove value

  • Demonstrated track record of managing forecasts & financial models 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process & build programs

  • Record of delivering market driven results, especially to ISVs

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience

Desired:

  • Masters Degree 

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Approximately 20% travel is anticipated.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, & Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $144,720 - $180,900.

  • Based in New York, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $160,800 - $201,000.

  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilios equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

  • This role is eligible to earn commissions. 

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, & geographic location within the state.
