Flywheel is seeking aNetSuite Administratorbased in New York City. The NetSuite Administrator will be the primary resource for supporting & maintaining the new & existing NetSuite systems. This will include troubleshooting, configuration, administration, & implementation. The right candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate & work cross-functionally, & strong attention to detail & project management. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with studio operations, accounting, supply chain, customer service, & other stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage configuration of fields/forms, records (custom & native NetSuite), saved searches, reports, & integrations with 3rd party systems/applications
  • Be the NetSuite expert by running training, providing regular updates on NetSuite downtimes & releases, & communicating with end users about issues as they arise
  • Create dashboards & work with the business intelligence team on creating reporting packages both within NetSuite & ones generated through 3rd party systems
  • Create training documentation & process diagrams for existing & new business processes used for new hire onboarding & reference purposes
  • Troubleshoot daily system errors & drive resolution
  • Lead testing for all new changes & implementations prior to go-live
  • Partner with departments during requirements phase of projects to accurately document all necessary requirements
  • Provide level 2 support for NetSuite SuiteCommerce InStore (Point of Sale)

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferred
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Systems/business analysis experience
  • Understanding of common industry standard business practices in Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, & Manufacturing
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or customer service are a plus
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to self-motivate & problem solve in a fast paced setting
