You will directly impact how immigration & relocation services are delivered at Ripple & ensure an exceptional employee experience.  The position reports to the Sr Director, Total Rewards & People Operations, who envisions this role as a strong partner & the go-to person for all things mobility.  This role requires prior experience with high-growth tech companies scaling their domestic & international immigration programs. The ideal fit has a flexible mindset & will successfully balance excellence with a sense of urgency.
