Were looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive the next level of growth for BetterCloud & help us elevate the role of IT. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of the marketing team - helping to create & tell the platform narrative, launch new products, influence product roadmap & be the subject matter experts of our products. You will:

About You

  • 3-5 years B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Product Management experience or equivalent
  • Technical background in IT or with IT professionals, with a experience & knowledge in IT Operations, the IT tech stack, & SaaS Management Platforms 
  • Intensely curious with a knack for asking high quality questions
  • Measurable success launching new products & features 
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams across an organization
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Enjoys meeting with customers & evangelizing products
  • Fire in the belly you bring passion to your work & your team

What Youll Do 

  • Be the voice of IT within GTM, representing our customer & our user as we build strategies for growth & retention
  • Become the trusted GTM partner to the product team & establish a continuous feedback loop that encompasses customer input, market trends, & competitive factors to influence product development.
  • Understand customer technical/business requirements & communicate how to leverage to provide solutions through messaging, assets, & sales enablement content
  • Communicate with confidence to IT professionals & demonstrate an understanding of their day-to-day work
  • Create impactful messaging that resonates with our audience & drives a measurable impact in marketing initiatives & campaigns
  • Partner with GTM & Product leadership, as well as other cross functional teams, to develop & orchestrate product launches that drive growth & retention. 
  • Drive customer engagement & adoption. Understand & solve for blockers to adoption using data to uncover trends & insights.
  • Execute training to educate internal teams on the go-to-market, positioning, messaging, differentiation, etc.

Goals

In your first week, you will have

  • Begun to understand & train in BetterClouds customers, brand, & platform
  • Met with your team & team members across go-to-market & Product
  • Started to learn about the market & BetterClouds vision for innovation

In your first 30 days, you will have

  • Know key players across the org, have started to build relationships & sit in on calls with Sales & CS
  • Have completed onboarding, product training, & other enablement programs
  • Contributed to messaging & campaign work within the GTM teams by building content & strategy

In your first 60 days, you will have

  • Have contributed in a meaningful way to GTM & product launch execution
  • Have established meetings & rituals with your cross functional counterparts
  • Met with customers & worked hand-in-hand with Sales
  • Have developed a strong point of view on the market & our buyer & are executing the Marketing strategy

    Salary Range: IC3 - 115-135 base 

    This salary range represents BetterClouds good faith & reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, & BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterClouds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, & based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employees work experience, skills, & qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterClouds business & other operational considerations.
