We are looking for a passionate, strategic, & experienced Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, & ongoing management of our global benefits & leave programs. In this critical role, you will ensure that employees around the world have access to competitive, compliant, & meaningful benefits that support their well-being & enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Evolve DOs global benefits strategy to attract & retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Manage & administer global benefit programs including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & AD&D Insurance, HSA/FSAs, Retirement Plans, Perks, & more
- Maintain Leave of Absence policies, & partner with third-party leave administrators to lead all aspects of the leave program, including FMLA, ADA Accommodations, local leave laws, & company-specific leave policies.
- Analyze claims data & utilization trends to identify cost-saving opportunities & improve plan effectiveness
- Maintain time off policies, & manage & improve the administration of all time off programs, including vacation, sick leave, & holidays, across all global regions, & ensure time off policies are compliant & competitive in each geo
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, & national benefits regulations across all operating regions
- Lead renewals & Open Enrollment, inclusive of finalizing decisions based on your recommendations, configuring the enrollment system, communications, & auditing
- Research & implement global best practices & emerging trends in benefits to ensure our offerings remain competitive
- Build & maintain relationships with global benefits vendors & brokers, negotiating contracts & ensuring service level agreements are met
- Partner with finance, payroll, legal, & HR teams to deliver benefits programs that are market-relevant & compliant with local & global regulations
- Design & execute communication strategies that effectively promote our total rewards programs to employees at all levels
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs, enrollment, & usage to ensure compliance & accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in global benefits & leave administration, ideally within high-growth, public or pre-IPO tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits practices & compliance requirements, particularly in the U.S., Canada, Europe, India, & Pakistan.
- Experience with self-funded medical plans & the ability to interpret complex plan designs & vendor contracts.
- Deep understanding of global time-off policies, with a track record of maintaining compliance & operational efficiency across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships & lead benefits strategy with data-driven insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering an inclusive & supportive employee experience.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Experience with Workday Benefits preferred.

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $114,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire & the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
