The Sr. Revenue Analytics Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the CRO organization & Finance to catalyze growth by providing robust & relevant analysis, insights, & actionable data-guided recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Design & implement approaches to measure the effectiveness of our revenue initiatives against company KPIs
- Partner with FP&A to develop Revenue prediction models & establish a new forecasting process
- Dive into a variety of datasets becoming a subject matter expert on the data generated by, & used by our Sales, Account Management, Channel, Support, & Solutions Architect teams
- Share a range of information, reasoning, insights, & recommendations that will drive decisions by our key stakeholder teams
- Author content for board & executive leadership meetings
- Develop territory coverage models & help establish company-level targets
What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
- Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields
- 7+ years of experience in quantitative analytics role, preferably in a high-growth environment, working across multiple stakeholders, teams, or businesses
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises & cloud-based data sources
- Ability to be efficient & work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize & manage multiple assignments & deadlines
- Demonstrable critical thinking & analytical skills, including the ability & confidence to make conclusions & recommendations for action from data
- Proactive communication skills & track record of setting & executing on clear, realistic deliverable timelines
- Experience building easily digestible data visualizations, dashboards, & reports
- Advanced experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, & CRM systems
- Experience with data modeling in Looker or other BI tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $132,600 - $198,960 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance.
