We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to initiate, develop, & execute our comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy. This individual will leverage marketing automation tools to deliver personalized campaigns, establish robust testing methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness & collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will report to the director of Lifecycle Marketing.

This role will play a critical part in driving the growth within our customer base, ensuring effective engagement with our existing customers, optimizing retention rates, & nurturing leads throughout the customer journey. This position offers a chance to own marketing initiatives, & their execution & directly affect the company's KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Lifecycle Marketing team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Develop & implement lifecycle marketing strategy, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, & campaign planning. 
  • Build business & marketing plans to enhance user lifecycle, revenue growth, & engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to execute personalized campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing analytics team to test, measure, & optimize our campaigns & activities based on key marketing & business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing teams & departments, such as design, content, operations, analytics, & product.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  1. +3 years experience in Lifecycle marketing/customer & email marketing, preferably from a B2B SAAS company.
  2. B.A. in Business/Marketing/Economics/Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
  3. Has the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, with full ownership from ideation to execution, including managing multiple stakeholders.
  4. Is a strategic thinker with the ability to derive insights, recommendations, & action plans from qualitative market trends, user feedback, stakeholder feedback, & large data sets.
  5. A data-driven, analytical person with the drive to achieve goals & solve problems.
  6. Has exceptional verbal & written communication skills. 
  7. Is creative-minded (design & copy oriented).
  8. Has a thorough understanding of current trends, the latest email marketing best practices
  9. A team player with a strong sense of ownership & a get things done attitude.
  10. Native/fluent English (additional language - advantage)
