Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist who can expand our social media footprint, enhance our brand & build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will develop & administer social media content that is designed to engage users & create an interactive relationship between end users/influencers & the company. The successful candidate must also have design skills, & be able to collect & review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. In addition, this role will run our employee advocacy platform to drive more employee engagement across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement organic social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives & report on ROI quarterly
• Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily 
• Develop a campaign calendar to align social pushes to key launches & events
• Grow employee advocates & manage our employee advocate platform
• Cross-collaborate with product, field & partner marketing, HR & others to develop & diversify social content
• Monitor & manage conversations & questions with followers
• Oversee social media accounts design & work with Brand to keep fresh

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist in the B2B space
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Experience in optimizing social content for LinkedIn, X & Reddit
• Hands-on experience in design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical & multitasking skills
• Solid knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics
• BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Sumo Logic Privacy Policy

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $100,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but arent limited to) role level, skills & competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, & experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, & equity awards.
