About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking a Lifecycle Channel Manager to scale & optimize our CRM marketing channels. Youll be responsible for running experiments & overseeing campaign execution across email, push, SMS, & in-app channels. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, & data scientists to drive the customer experience forward in an analytically rigorous way. Our messaging channels are responsible for tens of millions in annual revenue, & you'll be well positioned to add millions more over the coming years.

You Will

• Own end-to-end campaign execution across lifecycle channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring CRM journeys to life, ensuring timely & impactful execution
• Develop & test hypotheses to drive automation, personalization, & customer engagement
• Analyze consumer behavior analytics, experiment performance, & user research to maximize impact
• Read customer research & analytics to generate creative, user-facing ideas & messaging
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing & performance analysis
• Partner with engineering & analytics to maintain scalable systems for segmentation, triggers, & personalization
• Identify & improve processes, or create them where they don't exist

About You

You Have

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing execution
• Experience in a startup environment and/or marketing a B2C subscription product is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing & optimization, using data to drive decisions
• Strong quantitative skills & familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker)
• Ability to interpret customer research & translate it into high-performing campaigns
• An eye for quality design & copywriting, with the ability to improve creative output
• Collaborative mindset & comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Scrappy & resourceful demeanor: able to push through roadblocks & find creative solutions

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$155,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, role scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
