As International Category Manager Fresh Produce, you'll lead & execute our sourcing strategy, build a high-performing supplier network, & drive cost efficiencieswhile ensuring product quality & sustainability standards are upheld across regions.

What youll do

• Design & implement an international sourcing strategy for fresh produce aligned with our global objectives
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, & strategic negotiations to secure optimal terms & long-term partnerships
• Drive supplier development initiatives & cross-border collaboration to enhance quality, consistency, & innovation
• Identify & realize cost-saving opportunities through volume leverage, improved processes, & market insights
• Champion procurement best practices & scalable frameworks across regional teams
• Build & sustain strong supplier relationships grounded in trust, performance, & mutual growth
• Define & track KPIs to monitor performance & support data-driven decision-making
• Support a global community of produce leads by sharing insights, fostering collaboration, & building capabilities

What youll bring

We're looking for a strategic executorsomeone who can zoom out to shape the bigger picture & zoom in to get things done.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Agricultural Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, category management, or sourcingideally in fresh food or FMCG; consulting backgrounds also welcome
• Proven success in supplier negotiation & delivering measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
• A proactive mindset with a bias for actionyou spot opportunities & run with them
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to influence across cultures & functions
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for supplier development & market visits
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
