Due to growth & expansion, we are looking for a Head of Partner Operations to join our team in Amsterdam. As the Head of Partner Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing & optimising our supplier-facing order fulfilment process to ensure efficient & accurate delivery of parts to our customers. You will lead a team of Partner Operations Specialists & Partner Support Coordinators while taking on strategic & project management responsibilities to enhance the overall supplier & customer experience. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in hiring (+5 new hires in 2024), representing the Operations Team's needs in product discussions, & implementing new policies & processes.
