Senior Sourcing Manager - Factor Europe

As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of the supply chain across multiple different categories. You will take lead in our sourcing strategy, ensure an optimal supplier base, ingredient availability, & manage a variety of cost & performance-related KPIs.

What youll do: 

• Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, & reliability
• Lead sourcing projects to expand our ingredient portfolio & optimize procurement strategies
• Analyze supply chain performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities & process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding suppliers, production, product development, & logisticsto drive efficiency
• Monitor & enhance supplier performance, using data-driven insights to improve service levels
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, & emerging supply chain innovations
• Tackle challenges head-on, making quick decisions to mitigate risks & keep operations running smoothly

What youll bring:

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or operations
• A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you see opportunities for improvement & take initiative
• Strong analytical skills - you use data to drive decisions & optimize processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams & cultures
• Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
• Resilience & adaptability - you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
