About the job

Join Twilio as a Recruiter, responsible for partnering with managers from the Americas GTM teams to fuel the growth of our Communications organization. As a strategic partner to the business, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in all talent matters. As a Recruiter, you will establish strong partnerships within your aligned organizations, gaining a deep understanding of the business objectives to effectively deliver top-tier talent that supports these objectives.

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end: conduct intake calls with the hiring managers, open & manage requisitions, develop search strategies, assess talent, steer the interview process for interviewers & candidates, & close candidates via the offer process
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to understand & consult on their teams talent needs (external & internal)
  • Conduct comprehensive & competency-based candidate interviews, demonstrating the ability to operationalize role requirements & hiring manager preferences to ensure a consistent candidate assessments. Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skill sets & competencies against our Twilio Magic values & job requirements
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholders (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, TA Ops, etc.)
  • Ensure a top-tier experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring decision
  • Display operational excellence following Twilios company & regional recruitment processes & SLAs
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Engine on talent intelligence & strategy
  • Maximize the efficiency & operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition process through strong data & reporting
  • Coach/mentor other recruiters

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a recruiting role (or similar), preferably at technology companies with a global presence
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience hiring for GTM, quota carrying sales roles
  • Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting & managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
  • Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches & drive compliant hiring practices
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, & team building skills
  • Knowledge of & adherence to local employment laws & compliance regulations
  • Ability to understand & analyze recruiting data
  • Ability to represent Twilios employer brand & serve as an ambassador for the company

Desired:

  • Proficient in Spanish
  • Proficient in Portuguese

This role will be remote and based on Colombia.
