The role

As the Associate Director Culture & Engagement youll become the key leader driving employee engagement throughout our international DC Operations by developing & implementing core engagement initiatives as part of our daily business & culture. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to create an environment enabling employees to work effectively & help HelloFreshs mission to change the way people eat forever.

What youll do

• Design, implement & own employee engagement programs to continuously improve engagement among employees in our international Distribution Centers (DCs) & contribute to a high-performing organization linked to our values.
• Build & manage a team of Engagement Specialists across the international markets by supporting their day-to-day & managing escalations. Foster constant exchange of best practices & learnings to define benchmarks on What works best.
• Assess the effectiveness of programs for continuous improvement - identify gaps in systems & processes so you may propose/build solutions to best meet our employee's diverse needs;
• Partner with international People & Operations leaders as well as country COOs to ensure that engagement is meeting their needs & the needs of the business;
• Be responsible for engagement budget planning & management & work closely with Finance, Procurement & external vendors to ensure cost effective use of budget across markets.
• Foster strong internal partnerships with teams such as People Operations, DE & I, Employee Relations, Internal Communications & Employee Experience to ensure collaboration throughout initiatives.
