As a Senior Producer, you are a creative & strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a clients brand, business, & customer. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, & you know what it takes to deliver a digital experience that can improve the lives of customers & surpasses the goals of clients. Both the client services & project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by your proactive communication of project statuses, issues, & opportunities to clients. You adeptly manage the project team tracking scope, schedule, staffing, & budget on medium to large sized projects. You have a passion for digital project delivery & want to work with globally admired brands.

You will:

  • Manage Client Relations by...
    • Acting as primary contact of communicating needs between the client, team, & vendors.
    • Understanding your clients short & long-term goals, as well as their competition. -
    • Informing clients how to drive project success.
    • Delivering solutions to drive consensus for problems in a professional & timely manner.
  • Ensure Project Excellence by...
    • Supporting developing solutions to drive client business.
    • Overseeing the creative, artistic & marketing aspects of production
    • Collaborating with writers, designers, & other creative professionals to develop & execute creative concepts
    • Overseeing the production of creative assets
    • Maintaining a unique perspective of a common goal to increase knowledge, communication, & awareness between team members & the client.
    • Aligning the team to project goals by sharing client insights & objectives.
    • Creating solid project plans with top-down & bottom-up budgets to support clients interests.
    • Executing project plans according to established procedures, channels, & expectations.
    • Managing & maintaining project scopes & communicate status of scope to team.
    • Participating in both client & internal meetings.
    • Coordinating project deliverables & guide the team on potential risks.
    • Creating an articulate storyline of all client materials.
    • Defining, negotiating, communicating, implementing & monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
    • Managing project communication & documenting issues & changes that affect the project.
    • Developing status reports & working with capability project leaders to ensure all resources.
    • Creating a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes award-winning work.
    • Forecasting, tracking, & managing project budgets & revenue, POs, & invoices.-Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, & communicate project risks.

 

You have:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, & conversation).
  • 3-7 years-experience managing a variety of digital/creative project types; Innovation, gaming, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, & maintenance.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 3D production workflows, linear video & static projects.
  • Experience with 3D or animation exposure to Maya, Cinema4D, Blender, & Unity.
  • Knowledge of Auto experience or animation experience is preferred.
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with collaboration & issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, & Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of how to manage & control project scope, schedule, budget & resource management / reporting & change management, project roadmap development, & revenue forecasting.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, & techniques.
  • Experience managing teams & conversations with clients around scope, schedule, & budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, & strategies.
  • The ability to tactically organize & structure activities, paying particular attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills & are responsive to feedback.
  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills to facilitate effective task & resource management.
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation, management, facilitation, & negotiation skills.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
  • The ability to stay focused on driving goals, even in high-pressure situations.
