ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Stitch Fix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping one of the highest priorities of our company - client experience. Your mission will be to develop engaging & social experiences that not only helps clients visualize their style but also provides compelling reasons for them to return & evolve their style. To achieve this, you'll focus on driving innovations in style visualization, client relationship building, & continuous evolution of our offerings.

• Champion Innovative Product Ideas: Dive deep into understanding client needs & company objectives to define groundbreaking product ideas focused on enhancing client engagement & retention. You'll employ techniques such as customer interviews, prototyping, & concept testing to generate ideas that resonate with our target audience & align with Stitch Fix's strategic goals.
• Lead Meaningful Discovery Work: Undertake thorough discovery work to uncover insights & identify solutions that address both client pain points & business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, conducting market research, competitive analysis, & user testing to inform product decisions & ensure alignment with Stitch Fix's mission.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand in hand with Design & Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Applying Marty Cagan's emphasis on empowered product teams, you'll foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional partners collaborate closely, share insights, & iterate rapidly to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations & drive business outcomes.

• You have the right breadth of experience: 5+ years of product manager experience with a strong focus on driving growth & engagement within the e-commerce sector.
• You are a strategic thinker: Demonstrated ability to build a compelling business case around an idea & effectively communicate your vision & rationale to cross-functional partners & executive leaders.
• You are a thoughtful collaborator: Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships, & a deep understanding of how the business operates.
• Prioritization is important to you: Strong skill in ruthless prioritization, especially when faced with competing priorities, opportunities, & constraints.
• You possess strong technical & quantitative Skills: Exceptional technical & quantitative skills, including experience working with data science to make informed decisions.
• Of your strong product sense: A keen product sense & experience working closely with Product Design & UX teams to craft delightful user experiences.
• Bonus: Experience with early-stage product development, taking products from zero to one, is a plus.
