Vimeo seeks a Salesforce / Java / Apex Lead Software Engineer to power our CRM infrastructure. You'll drive innovation, design transformative solutions, & coach across the team. This lead will support business owners with process overhauls & own the functional/technical solution architecture & design. Responsibilities:

Develop secure, high-quality production code including custom Apex code, Visual-force pages, Lightning components, & other Salesforce technologies.
Set up, customize & develop Vimeos Salesforce system.
Develop & enhance custom applications & features in Salesforce including integrations.
Lead scope sessions with internal teams to explore architectural designs & technical qualifications with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
Maximize the Salesforce effectiveness & efficiency through ongoing improvements & strategic management.
Perform code reviews, share best practices, & foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Create & maintain custom reports & dashboards to meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise & guidance to other developers & other team members.
Troubleshoot & resolve issues, ensuring the stability & reliability of the Salesforce platform.
Keep pace with Salesforce releases & industry trends to inform our technology roadmap.

Desired Skills/Requirements:

3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Salesforce Developer & Advanced Developer certifications are preferred.
Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, & Salesforce APIs.
Proven ability to analyze & customize complex Salesforce workflows, objects, & fields.
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
Excel experience (v-lookups, pivot tables).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models & best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with complex Salesforce integrations & data migration.
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
Experience with Tray or Zuora a plus
Experience within a public company & SOX requirements are a plus.
