FabFitFun is searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team! Reporting to our Head of Corporate + Business Development, this person will support the discovery & execution of potential business extensions & initiatives of FFF.  They will be a self-motivated sales or business development professional who is eager to seek out & close high value partnerships for the company.

Ideal candidates have a successful track record of taking top of funnel ownership for top 3PL or logistics-related companies

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood,CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment & will not be eligible for remote. Some travel may be required to our Fulfillment Center in Chino, CA as they are trained & accustomed to our 3PL capabilities.

What Youll Do

• Prospect & promote product offerings related to sourcing & 3PL capabilities
• Generate untapped & potential initiatives including, but not limited to, M&A, retail strategies, & corporate gifting  
• Lead the execution of owned & related deals
• Develop creative & innovative ways to connect with existing & potential partners
• Prepare & present strategic decks 
• Form strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders across all facets of the business

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2-3 years working as a sales development representative with an emphasis on prospecting & cold outreach OR 1-2 years working at an investment bank
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales KPIs
• Strong business & sales acumen, interpersonal skills & an excellent communicator
• Willingness to learn on the fly & take ownership of ad hoc initiatives as they arise
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Familiarity with prospecting tools (zoominfo, linkedin sales navigator, etc)

The expected base salary range for this position is $110K-120K + commission. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision & other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, & education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
