Associate Maintenance Manager  

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Maintenance Manager who will oversee the maintenance & reliability for your assigned building or shift.  You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, & coaching team members. Partnering with the M&RE senior leadership team, you will support & deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap & set the standard for operational efficiency.

Shift: Monday - Friday (Overnights 8pm-4am)

You will...

• Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation & manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, & overall upkeep of a building
• Motivate, engage, coach, & inspire a team of technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback & drive change from within
• Provide project management support as assigned
• Manage outside vendors & facilitate planned & unplanned repairs
• Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed
• Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled
• Identify problems & brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center

At a minimum, you have...

• Minimum 3 years experience managing facilities maintenance/operations & reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Interest in spending most of your time on the production floor & working directly with all levels of staff
• High level of integrity & ethics with excellent follow-through
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations & compliance
• Able to read & interpret blueprints, manuals, & schematics
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation & refrigeration systems
• Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F
• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity & change
• Effective communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, & senior leadership
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and/or nights
