YOUR ROLE

As the Project Manager-CRM, you will be the local liaison between the agency & the clients managing briefs on campaigns. This role requires you to lead campaigns, overseeing the entire process from brief, strategy, implementation up till PCAs & reporting. You will be working with clients from different time zones & occasionally may incur hours outside of the usual working hours.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

(But are not limited to)

  • Campaign brief Read & accept briefs, prepare Q&A.
  • Campaign Prep - Check audience availability & size
  • Campaign Strategy Inputs - Work closely with strategy team to prepare Campaign Plan slide
  • Execution - Source Images & content & brief & oversee the developers to prepare the campaign
  • Internal UAT Drive the testing of the campaign with Internal Clients
  • Client UAT Drive the UAT with External Clients
  • Commercial Prepare Proof Of Delivery documents & take commercial approvals from CRM Client lead on time
  • Post-Campaign Performance Analysis - Brief & manage Data extraction & perform sanity check for abberations
  • Post Campaign Analysis Deck Analyse learning & Prepare CRM slides for client review
  • PCA Internal Review Present CRM slides to client & explain the performance of the activity
  • PCA Deck Adjustment after feedback

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Min 2 years exposure to CRM is mandatory
  • 3+ years of delivery management experience
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Superb client management skill
  • Marketing Background with deep understanding of Customer journeys, exposure to CRM & SFMC systems for minimum 2yrs an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Solid business acumen, management, & marketing
  • Solution oriented, process driven, strong communicator & passionate about
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks & manage multiple projects at
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
