The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Analytics Manager to expand our BI capabilities & support the People organization in improving our performance across all aspects of the HR value chain: talent acquisition, onboarding, development, & engagement. On top of this you will be expected to support our leaders in making data-informed people solutions.

What youll do

  • Responsible for ongoing reporting for both HR & business leadership audiences, including opportunities for automation & efficiency
  • Enhancing reporting & data transformation to improve our data-based approach to HR management
  • Translating metric priorities into new dashboards & key reports with compelling visualizations & storytelling to guide our talent & organizational practices
  • Responsible for data collection, consolidation, & reporting for the new CSRD initiatives
  • Responsible for managing & executing technical projects & end-to-end data-product lifecycle from understanding needs, requirements gathering, data integration, launch, & training to maintenance.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, & implementing improved data quality & additional data capture opportunities in partnership with HR Technology, IT, & Finance teams
  • Support & build trust with People team departments to proactively share evidence-based insights with (senior) business stakeholders & collaboratively ensure consistently high data quality.

What youll bring

Required experience:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in People Analytics or a closely related field, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with excellent grades in Business, MINT/STEM subjects, or HR/Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record of planning, developing, & implementing Analytics projects.
  • Solid experience with data-intensive projects using SQL & data visualization tools (pref. Tableau) as well as strong Excel/G-Sheet skills
  • Previous experience with R / Python for advanced problem-solving will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday Reporting & Analytics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
