Supply Chain Analyst - Factor Europe

Amsterdam, Netherlands

As an Operations Analyst you will analyse data across a variety of operations areas - ensuring data driven decision making across teams. The role is responsible for our weekly forecasting process & supply chain analytics - supporting our business strategy & planning. 

With your strong analytical mindset & excellent communication skills, you're not afraid to take the initiative to resolve issues. What youll do: 

  • Independently analyse internal data to generate ideas, support alternative solutions & provide clear recommendations across different operational teams
  • Own the weekly forecasting process, collaborating closely with our Marketing & Operations teams, ensuring planning accuracy & efficiency
  • Report on weekly operations performance KPIs & communicate these clearly to stakeholders, to enable a clear improvement action plan creation
  • Develop/ improve tools & support the creation of metrics to identify gaps in our supply chain planning using a variety of statistical methods
  • Collecting, processing, analysing & interpreting data from various internal & external sources, to identify trends, patterns, & insights.
  • Gather & analyze historical & forward-looking data including seasonality, budget requirements & operational complexities
  • Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as & when required

What youll bring:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL & Tableau - additional knowledge with any other tools is a plus
  • Ability to work with database systems & provide intelligence-driven conclusions.
  • An analytical mindset & experience in using data as basis for decision making;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences;
  • Flexibility & adaptability to changing priorities, tasks, & work environments;
  • Fluent in English
