As an Operations Analyst you will analyse data across a variety of operations areas - ensuring data driven decision making across teams. The role is responsible for our weekly forecasting process & supply chain analytics - supporting our business strategy & planning.

What youll do:
- Independently analyse internal data to generate ideas, support alternative solutions & provide clear recommendations across different operational teams
- Own the weekly forecasting process, collaborating closely with our Marketing & Operations teams, ensuring planning accuracy & efficiency
- Report on weekly operations performance KPIs & communicate these clearly to stakeholders, to enable a clear improvement action plan creation
- Develop/ improve tools & support the creation of metrics to identify gaps in our supply chain planning using a variety of statistical methods
- Collecting, processing, analysing & interpreting data from various internal & external sources, to identify trends, patterns, & insights.
- Gather & analyze historical & forward-looking data including seasonality, budget requirements & operational complexities
- Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as & when required
What youll bring:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related field;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL & Tableau - additional knowledge with any other tools is a plus
- Ability to work with database systems & provide intelligence-driven conclusions.
- An analytical mindset & experience in using data as basis for decision making;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences;
- Flexibility & adaptability to changing priorities, tasks, & work environments;
- Fluent in English
