About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing experience & skills in a broadly scoped role & fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time growth marketing manager role will work across all aspects of HelloFreshs marketing activities in Ireland & help the business to continue growing by delivering against our customer acquisition goals. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with both local & global teams & our supportive external agencies & partners. You will get to test new initiatives, measure results & drive meaningful impact for the business through the execution of various marketing strategies, channels & campaigns. Finally, you will also be offered helpful training & gain experience in a new, innovative industry.
What you will do:
- Offline Marketing: Build & grow relationships with referral partners, create joint campaigns, & support in-person sales through events, kiosks, & door-to-door initiatives. Lead brand partnership activations to boost awareness & customer engagement.
- Content & Campaigns: Develop & adapt creative ad copy & messaging across a variety of campaigns & channels, ensuring all communications are tailored to the Irish market & resonate with our audience. Analysing campaign performance, spotting challenges & opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness & deliver stronger results
- Online Marketing: Manage & execute our social media strategy, working with cross-functional teams & agencies to deliver engaging content. Optimise our website, landing pages, & app experience to drive customer acquisition & improve conversion rates.
- Referrals & Reactivation: Oversee referral programs as a key growth channel, identifying opportunities to test, learn, & improve results. Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective reactivation campaigns tailored to the local markets
- Budget & Growth Planning: Manage budgets & forecasts for your channels, ensuring spend is maximised. Identify & evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, & channels to expand reach & attract high-quality customers.
- Data & Reporting: Analyse & report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights on customer behaviour & trends. Share regular updates with stakeholders, highlighting successes, key metrics, & opportunities for improvement.
Who you are:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Broad marketing expertise & ability to work to targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing & sales channels & tactics.
- Experience working with agencies & managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to closely manage marketing budgets.
- Customer-centric, leveraging customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Curious & innovative mindset, constantly looking for new channels, new opportunities for growth & data-driven marketing strategies.
