To support our UX & Product Design team, we are looking for a new:

Senior Product & UX Designer (m/f/d)

(Hybrid in Berlin/ Full-time/ Permanent Contract)

We are a forward-thinking, product-driven organization in search of a Senior Product & UX Designer to contribute to the evolution of our platform, which provides comprehensive data reporting & insights to empower our customers. We seek an individual with a blend of creative vision, a customer-centric approach, & technical expertise to craft user-focused design solutions & exceptional experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape innovative interactions on our AI-driven platform. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting research, designing interfaces rooted in value, conducting usability testing, & developing prototypes to validate design concepts. You will report directly to the Senior Director of UX & Product Design.

 Responsibilities:
   Leverage a human-centered design process to lead & deliver easy-to-use user interfaces & user experiences.
   Ability to understand business metrics & translate company goals & objectives into innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design features & digital experiences.
   Keep the customer in mind at all times with each initiative, product, feature & user story to ensure ease of use, consistency & customer satisfaction.
   Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business & user goals, demographic & usage data, & research findings.
   Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to allow you to work closely with & communicate ideas to Product Managers, Developers, & other cross-functional stakeholders.
   Assess & optimize the performance of new & existing features by actively participating in user research & assessing performance metrics.
   Develops high level, detailed storyboards & mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction & design ideas.
   Create prototypes, & high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualize & communicate high-level design strategies.
   Prototype design solutions for review, testing, & handoff to engineering.
   Ensure products are tested with customers & validated against business & usability goals.
   Balance experimentation with execution & delivery.
   Present design work to multiple teams for review & feedback.
   Work on both release track & future vision concepts for your product.
   Contribute to the UX foundation resources & assets repository, such as the design system, style guides, & design pattern library.
   Contributes to the organizations shared knowledge of user-centered design & research methodologies.
   Serve as liaison for the UX team from the Berlin/Brno office.

About you:
    5 years of demonstrated experience in creating & implementing UX Design, particularly in browser-based applications
   Bachelors degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a equivalent experience & certifications
   Self-starter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the team & the work delivered
   Strong working knowledge of UX design & User interface design principles
   Experience with user testing & usability analysis
   Tech-savvy
   Work independently to lead & drive large initiatives.
   A conceptual thinker with the ability to analyze & break work down into near & long term phases. 
   Excel at managing & influencing a broad stakeholder group.
   Capable of juggling a number of priorities & delivering results on time in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
   Knowledge & proficiency with industry tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira are required.
