We seek a Designer to help define, evolve, & execute the brand identity for one of the worlds most iconic travel brands. To succeed, you must be a creative thinker & storyteller, thrive in a fast-paced environment, & be able to work comfortably within a cross-disciplinary team.
The design team within our brand creative team partners cross-functionally to create human-centered, innovative, & accessible designs that express our brand & solve business challenges. This role will be specifically focused on designing for our B2B audience hotel & restaurant owners who rely on our platform to reach travelers & grow their business.
What youll do:

Concept & design stellar work that connects with business owners across all of Tripadvisors channels: web, app, email, social, & beyond

Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, content marketing, & production partners to concept & produce communications & campaigns that creatively solve business challenges

Help evolve the Tripadvisor B2B brand identity & build upon guidelines to ensure intent & values are expressed across our products & channels.

Build & maintain a deep understanding of our products & services to ensure the work is cohesive & pushes the brand forward
Skills & Experience:

6+ years of relevant industry experience in-house or agency; experience working with a B2B audience preferred

A diverse portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, problem-solving, & personal expression across channels & materials.

Strong conceptual thinking & ability to articulate creative solutions to project stakeholders.

Ability to use insights & research to inform design choices.

Exceptional visual design chops, with an expert eye & appreciation for photography, typography, composition, layout, color, & a pixel-level attention to detail

Experience with data visualization

Experience with motion design a plus

Advanced working knowledge of Figma & Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

Basic understanding of HTML & CSS; Knowledge of UX/UI principles, a plus
