As the Product Marketing Manager for Newselas Social Studies & STEM products, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, messaging, & cross-functional execution for these key products. In this role, you will drive product adoption, support revenue growth, & ensure the voice of educators & district decision-makers is represented throughout the product lifecycle.
Youll partner closely with Product, Sales, Content, & Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives for Newsela Social Studies & Newsela STEM, inform product development through market insight, & develop messaging that resonates with teachers, curriculum leaders, & district administrators across the country.
The role:
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the development & execution of GTM plans for Social Studies & STEM content & feature releases.
- Ensure alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success to drive successful adoption.
Positioning & Messaging
- Build differentiated messaging & value propositions for Social Studies & STEM that speak directly to K12 district buyers & educators.
- Maintain & evolve product positioning throughout the product lifecycle.
Sales Enablement
- Create high-impact sales collateral, pitch decks, training resources, & competitive talking points.
- Deliver product training to Sales & Customer Success teams to ensure they can effectively articulate our value.
Customer & Market Insight
- Serve as the voice of the customer by synthesizing insights about buyer needs, market trends, & competitive intel.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product & marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap prioritization based on buyer & market needs.
- Partner with the broader Marketing team on launch campaigns & marketing plans.

- Experience creating sales enablement tools & customer-facing content.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting market & customer data.
Base compensation: $90,000 - $100,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options & benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
