Since then, Harrys has expanded to Canada & Europe, developed relationships with retailers such as Target & Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, launched two new brands including Flamingo & Cat Person, & made our first brand acquisition with Lum.

The Sr. Manager of Sales is an important role, helping to lead our Club Channel partnerships for the Harrys & Flamingo Brands. This position has a direct impact on the companys future growth as we open & expand the business with Costco & BJs. 

Reporting to the Director of Sales for Club & Digital Channel Partnerships, this role helps develop comprehensive business plans & works cross-functionally with a team of analysts, forecast & replenishment managers, & retail marketing partners.  Through business development & superior execution, we expect to significantly broaden our awareness, customer acquisition, & repeat for the overall business (both online & in-Club).

We need an amazing business development leader who understands the vital position that the Club Channel plays in our Retailer Partnership portfolio, has the ability to influence Harrys brand teams to deliver Club Channel-specific support/solutions, & works with our Club retailer partners to enable member discovery & delight for Harrys products. 

Because this role works across nearly all Harrys functions, we need a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally, develop & drive strategies, & effectively communicate across teams to meet & exceed expectations. Success also requires strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, sales fundamental expertise & a continuous improvement mindset. 

Our Club team should become relied upon by our Retail partners merchandising, marketing, & supply chain teams as thought leaders who deeply understand the Club shopping experience, have an item merchant mentality toward sku productivity, & demonstrate how our brands contribute uniquely & drive growth.  

About the Team

The Retail Sales organization is a critical function that drives Harry's brand strategy & growth with our mass market & specialty retail partners. The Retail Sales organization is responsible for all business development activities at each retailer, cultivating relationships across all functions merchandising, marketing, store operations, supply chain, & omnichannel development.

Your core responsibilities

  • Lead business development activity managing our Harrys business at Costco & BJs, to include sales analytics, forecasting needs, project management & strategic execution. 
  • Develop & execute Annual Business Plans for Club Channel customers that delivers on revenue & profit goals & works across company channel strategy. 
  • Develop into a storyteller - interpret the data & create compelling, data-driven presentations based on data-driven insights & recommendations
  • Build top-performing relationships with our partners at Costco & BJs  to drive optimized outcomes for the Harrys brand. This includes fostering relationships & driving sales fundamental plans with the merchant leads (buyer & assistant buyer) & facilitating account penetration for marketing, supply chain & store operations connections.
  • Manage brand P&L for Club customers, including VCI funding. Define & lead the necessary business questions & support from data analytics & shopper/consumer insights, to position Harrys as the thought leader in shave & soft product categories in which we compete.

Who you will work with

  • Internally:  Your primary contacts will include the Retail Sales Team, Sales Strategy & Planning, the Harrys & Flamingo Brand Teams, Retail Marketing, Demand & Supply Planning, R&D, Maker & Design teams, & Finance.
  • Externally:  You'll work most closely with Costco & BJs leadership & buying team members & cross-functional partners. You will be a primary point of contact for Harrys
  • You'll report to the Director of Sales, Club & Digtal Channel Partnerships at Harrys.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits & our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $118,000-$162,250, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidates location, skill level & experience.  

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered & able to employ individuals.
