About the Role
iCapitals rapid global expansion creates an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. The Audit & Regulatory role will work to ensure that the audited financial statements for 1000+ separate legal entities are delivered to investors on time. The team oversees various vendors in this process such as Big 4 auditors, 3rd party general partners, & fund administrators.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Audit Central Services team with the audited financial statement mailings, to ensure every method is completed & documented appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with the external fund administrators.
- Work with large volumes of data, while under strict deadlines.
- Keep management informed of the mailing status & important issues as they arise.
- Work on ad-hoc projects throughout the period.
- Use a variety of technology platforms, both internal & external, & update those systems when needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Working towards a BS/BA degree with accounting/finance course work is preferred
- Knowledge & skill with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Adobe
- Proficient at learning & using new technology systems
- Proven ability to multi-task & work both independently & as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a global management structure
- High levels of attention to detail & accuracy with organizational skills as a strength with proficiency in reconciliation of large volumes of data
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, & decision-making skills
Benefits
The hour salary range for this role is $20 to $30.
We believe the best ideas & innovation happen when we are together. We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three or four days. Every department has different needs, & some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
