About the Role
Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to proactively identify, engage & hire talent for our Revenue & G&A organization(s). As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing & closing strategies to find the best talent for a variety of roles across our business. We are looking for someone who can work independently across multiple teams & hiring managers while working collaboratively with their talent acquisition teammates to deliver the best hiring outcomes based on business needs.
