About the role

As a Senior Partnerships & Affiliates Business Development Manager for France, you will be part of exciting new growth of the partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Affiliates, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded & numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder & can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow & innovate. Your ability to open doors & achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding & sustaining great partnerships.

What you will be doing

  • Be the face of HelloFresh France & subsidiary brands to external consumer brands/affiliates with the goal of generating new business 
  • Become an expert in our product offerings & sell them as solutions for partners
  • Understand Hello Fresh key business & market trends, business drivers & competitive dynamics to influence & set an ambitious local partnerships strategy.
  • Have ownership of your sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing leads & building a plan towards hitting conversion & revenue targets 
  • Understanding & applying established investment frameworks to ensure spend efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional alignments across markets & capabilities to target the right market segments and/or industry trends for valuable partnerships.
  • Studying market data to identify trends/opportunities, as well as assessing & accessing business results
  • Auditing & improving pipeline performance, reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Central Teams to leverage tools, playbooks & resources to drive large partnerships

What we are looking for

  • 4+years experience in business development and/or strategic partnerships
  • Experience developing, negotiating & signing industry leading deals with market leaders to deliver high-value
  • Proven track record of building & scaling highly performing partnerships.
  • A very strong strategic & analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
  • Equipped with a profound knowledge of the market trends in partnership & affiliates fields
  • Adaptable & possess the ability to relentlessly prioritize multiple projects at once & execute effectively
  • A culture fit; you are professional, passionate, collaborative & hungry to learn
  • A driver of change & someone who breaks down barriers
  • Excited by ambitious targets & energized by rising to challenges
  • Able to move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster
  • French Native speaker, Fluent in English
