As Vimeos Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting on & helping grow & optimize Paid Search, Video & Display marketing campaigns. We are looking for a quantitative mind with a passion for digital marketing. This position directly ties to Vimeos overall growth & revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing paid media ad campaigns across platforms, & delivering on KPIs.

What Youll Do:

  • Generate daily, weekly & monthly reporting for all major metrics, deriving actionable insights
  • Compile reporting for weekly & monthly business reviews to be shared with the leadership team
  • Perform daily account management of PPC, Display & Video accounts
  • Manage media budgets & in-month budget pacing, allocating accordingly to achieve the most profitable ROI 
  • Monitor, maintain & optimize audience, ads, budget caps, & KPIs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help implement & test creative, ad copy & landing pages
  • Aid in the creation of new paid media initiatives, including keyword research, ad trafficking, & building out campaigns
  • Ensure account, campaign, & ad group structure adhere to best practices
  • Design, implement, & track tests to validate bidding strategies, budget rules, landing pages, & ads
  • Identify areas of improvement for performance, process, ad ops, and/or technological efficiencies by staying atop the latest industry news & trends, including the newest ad formats, bidding methodologies, & beta programs 

Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess:

  • 3-5 years experience in Google marketing, with a passion for search & digital marketing
  • 3+ years in a media buying role, with experience trafficking Display & Video campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Background in SaaS, subscription, digital service, e-commerce, search platform, search engine, or agency is ideal
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads (AdWords) and/or the Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager & DV360) 
  • Comfortable working with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Looker
  • Understanding of pixels, ad tracking, & platforms such as Google Tag Manager
  • Highly analytical with deep knowledge of Excel 
  • Ability to work with a high level of efficiency & accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail & fidelity to industry best practices
